gator tail

here are some random shots. some taken lately. some at Christmas time in florida. and some with some added fun effects to them.

ava is getting big. we had to lower her mattress today, because she was pulling herself up by the rails and would soon be jumping out of the crib.

my grandparents. they have so many good stories. i loved spending time with them.

we went and ate dinner in this restaurant that was filled with stuffed animals. the animals all supposedly died of natural causes (as we were led to believe) and are now being displayed in this fine eating establishment. it was a lot of fun though.

simba, i don't feel so good.

swimmin wit da fishes

yeah... scary. i know.

look at the size of that steak. i did not alter this photo in any way to make that steak that big.

teressa - cautiously trying her first piece of gator tail

it was actually really good. i can't wait to get some more.

i like this shot. just kickin it old school with her gramps.

i told ava that traditionally the alligators ate the people.
not the other way around.
will kids never learn?

my baby.

ava waking up

We wanted to show you a couple of videos of ava getting up after a nap. below you will see the difference from when she wakes up on her own, or when we come in and get her up.

This first one is when we decided to wake her up. She must sleep pretty soundly... because she sure is out of it for awhile. ha ha. Notice the stare she gives us...

This next one is what she is normally like after sleeping. When she gets up on her own, she'll just crawl around the crib, play with her toys and wait til we come get her. She is super smiley when we come in.

funny baby reality tv show

heres a cute video i took of ava after getting her up from her nap a couple of weeks ago. she loves to talk and ... well, be kinda crazy. ha ha. i was trying to get her to show you her spitting technique. well, this should give you a good laugh.

arn't photos fun?

These are some photos I took for some friends. Their daughter Ruthie turned 1 last year. I wanted to revisit a few and play with them a bit. Hope you enjoy.

I'm so glad Teressa and Ava are coming home on Friday. They have been gone for 8 days now, visiting family in Washington. I'm so glad that they were able to spend time with everyone up there though. But 10 days is a really really long time and I'm excited for Friday. I'm gonna pinch Ava's cheeks and give her a plethora of kisses.
